Registration
Registration will begin on Sunday July 3 from 17:00 to 20:00 and continue on
Monday July 4, beginning at 08:00.
Credit card payments will only be possible on Tuesday July 5 from 09:00 to
12:00.
Posters
Posters should be in A0-portrait (118.9 cm high by 84.1 cm wide) format or less.
If you absolutely need to present a larger poster or an A0 one in landscape
format, please contact us at :
Conference banquet
The conference banquet will be held at
Le Train
Bleu on Thursday evening at 7PM. The cost for accompanying persons of
registered participants is 50 Euros, to be paid when registering for the
meeting.
