We will review some open issues as well as some recent accomplishments on the gravitational scattering problem in a 2-body system. In particular:
1) amplitude vs MPM comparisons of the waveform; 2) conservative and radiative aspects at O(G^2) of the scattering angle; 3) difficulties for a forthcoming O(G^3) MPM waveform. |
