« Matter power spectrum in the generalized Chaplygin gas model » |
J. C. Fabris |
The generalized Chaplygin gas model is an example of a unified scenario for dark matter and dark energy. The equation of state of the Chaplygin gas fluid describe a fluid with negative pressure but a positive sound velocity. The observational constraints using SN type Ia data show that the GCGM is very competitive with the standard Lambda CDM model. The same is true if the matter power spectrum data are used. However, in this case, if all free parameters of the model are left free, an anti-unification scenario seems to be preferred, with almost in opposition to what happens in the case the SN data are used. |
