| I will review how Planck has permitted the detection of the Sunyaev-Zeldovich effect. Thanks to this very specific signal a complete mapping of the hot gas was possible and hundreds of new clusters of galaxies were discovered. I will present what are their main characteristics and how they have been used to measure cosmological parameters. |
