« Observing Galaxy mass assembly at high redshift » |
Mark Dickinson |
Over the last 15 years or so, an increasingly rich set of observations and analysis have traced the history of star formation and stellar mass assembly in galaxies over a broad swath of cosmic time, since the Universe was less than a billion years old to the present day. I will review some of this work, highlighting some of the uncertainties and issues that have arisen and which are the subject of recent investigation. |
