I shall first review the basic tenets underlying the MOND paradigm (Modified Newtonian Dynamics), list the main predictions, and show some comparisons with the data. MOND was proposed as an alternative to dark matter, but when applied to galaxy clusters, it still requires some yet undetected mass in them (presumably in some baryonic form). There are also results of cluster weak lensing in two clusters (the "bullet" and the "ring") that have been brought up as direct evidence of dark matter in clusters and against MOND. I shall discuss what MOND has to say about all this. Finally, I'll speculate on the possibility that the cluster baryonic dark matter implied by MOND can alleviate the cooling flow problem.
