Everyone is strongly encouraged to pre-register (at reduced rate) before the deadline : Wednesday May 22nd , midnight, local time in Paris

Students fees: : at the same time you pre-register please do not forget to send a copy of your student card (scanned) at the following address : workshop@latmos.ipsl.fr. Note that the student rate cannot apply without this student card.

The procedure is as follows :

- After you clicked on the French/English link for pre-registration, the manager will receive automatically a mail at the address : workshop@latmos.ipsl.fr and will validate the pre-registration (after checking the student card for students)

- You will receive a mail (generated by AZUR) validating your pre-registration

- To click on the link mentionned in this mail in order to finalize your registration and to proceed to the paiement

- Please provide the informations requested on the page ;

• the option « dietary requirements » cannot be covered at IAP restaurant site, if you choose to take lunch on site; so indicate « none »
  
• Image rights : click « No »

- Follow the next steps and close the connexion when you finish.
