• 17th of July 2016 - Deadline for pre-registration and abstract submission
• 29th of July 2016 - Notification of acceptance
• 1st of September 2016 - Deadline for confirmation and dinner registration ^{NEW DATE}
• 21st of September 2016 - Beginning of required on-line registration^{1 NEW DATE}
• 16th of October 2016 - Deadline for on-line registration & early registration fee (210 € for non students²) ^{NEW DATE}
• 4th of December 2016 - Deadline for late registration fee (260 € for non students²) ^{NEW DATE}

¹ The final on-line registration is a 2-step process: once you register, you will need to wait up to 24 hours before receiving an email that validates your registration; then you can pay your registration fee by credit card.

² We have decided to waive the registration fee for students (but not the dinner).
